02Purpose
This website presents the work of Sünder MotorWorks, a workshop in Málaga devoted to restomods, restoration, race preparation and servicing of classic cars, and of its race team.
Its content is for information only: no products are sold and no services are contracted through it. Any work is agreed directly with the workshop.
Visiting the site is free and makes you a user. By using it, you accept this legal notice. If you do not agree with it, please do not use the site.
03Terms of use
You agree to use the site and its content lawfully, in good faith and in line with this legal notice, and not to use them for unlawful purposes or in ways that could harm the site, its owner or anyone else.
In particular, you may not introduce viruses or harmful code, try to reach parts of the site that are not public or copy its content by automated means.

The texts, photographs, videos, logos, the Sünder MotorWorks brand and the rest of the content of the site belong to its owner or are used with their authors’ permission. They may not be reproduced, distributed, transformed or made public, in whole or in part, without written permission.
The site was designed and developed by VOLM Studio. The Sünder typeface is owned by VOLM and used under licence: it may not be downloaded or used outside this site.
The vehicle brands and models shown belong to their manufacturers. They are named only to identify the cars the workshop has worked on, and imply no relationship with those manufacturers.
05Liability
We take care that the information on the site is correct and up to date, but it may contain errors or change without notice. The details of each car (power, time, work done) are indicative and are not an offer.
The owner is not liable for damage caused by an interruption of the service, a technical fault or a use of the site contrary to this legal notice, except where the law provides otherwise.
06Links
The site links to third-party pages, such as Instagram. Those pages have their own terms and policies, for which the owner is not responsible.
07Applicable law
This legal notice is governed by Spanish law. Any dispute is submitted to the courts of Málaga, unless you are a consumer: then the courts of your place of residence have jurisdiction.
