History
Sünder MotorWorks is a workshop in Málaga where classic cars are rebuilt to be driven, and raced.
01 · How Sünder started
Origins
Since the 70’s the Berndtson family has been in the racing world, with Roger Berndtson (father) as an official driver for Porsche, racing the 24h of Spa-Francorchamps several times, the 6h Nürburgring GP with a BMW CSL and the Paris Dakar, with a long racing career behind him and now an advisor of Sünder MotorWorks.
Steven Berndtson, founder of Sünder, has followed the same path: racing in GT4 Europe, the GT3 Revival Series with a Porsche 997 GT3 R, and the 24h endurance races at Paul Ricard with a 964 RS and the 944 Cup. He took the racing heritage and his passion for cars and built a brand that combines his own style and racing knowledge to build unique cars with soul but real track weapons, while keeping the Race Team on track and achieving victories.

Engines, bodywork, wiring and set-up happen in the same building, so every decision about a car is made by people who can see it.

Sünder Team combines highly qualified engineers and mechanics in racing with experts in bodywork and craftsmanship. Together in Málaga, we run a successful Race Team and we build restomods always with a racing touch, which defines us.
